My next door neighbor Randall is preparing to start off his day at the bike rack for his early morning class at OSU.
My neighborhood is mostly filled with college students. Here are a group of students crowded on the morning bus on their way from Corvallis to Linn-Benton Community College for their first class of the day. 
The early morning sprinkle also brings out another neighbor of mine, the Corvallis Fire Department as they sit their bright red firetrucks outside for a rinse down.(Feb. 13, 2009)
